Chatbot Test

1. Open the page in a browser, ideally also once in a private/incognito window.
2. A privacy notice will appear first in the chatbot window → click “Accept”.
3. Ask a test question, for example: “How much does the EMBA cost?” → the chatbot must provide a relevant answer.
4. Then type: “I would like to schedule a consultation appointment.” → an expandable appointment-booking widget must appear below the chat.
5. Try out anything else that someone might realistically ask. 
6. Finally, switch the language at the top to German and ask a question in German (if applicable).
7. Your feedback on the chatbot: short anonymous survey, approximately 3 minutes. → Link to online survey
